Sara Bellringer

Sara is an associate solicitor and joined Hunter Lawyers in 2019. She is the Head of the will, probate and trusts team.

Sara deals with all matters arising from disputes occurring after someone's death including claims in respect of the validity of wills, claims by those who have not been left with reasonable provision in a loved one's estate and also claims arising out of trust structures. Sara also deals with the administration of an estate, will drafting and lasting powers of attorney. 

Sara has undertaken a broad range of work in many national law firms and has extensive experience qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001. 

Some examples of Sara's work include:

  • Acting in claims to challenge wills on the grounds of lack of capacity, undue influence and fraudulent calumny.

  • Acting for vulnerable clients in the division of probate assets 

  • Acting for multiple parties in a contentious probate dispute 

In her spare time, Sara enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her two boys. She also speak Welsh.
