Nicholas is a specialist in employment law, representing both employers and employees in proceedings before the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Although based in the firm’s Chester office, he advises and acts for clients throughout the United Kingdom.

His practice encompasses the full scope of employment law, from standard unfair dismissal matters to complex and high-value claims involving discrimination and whistleblowing. He is known for providing clear, pragmatic advice and firm representation.

Nicholas studied law at Manchester Metropolitan University and completed a Master’s degree in Legal Practice at BPP University in Manchester. He trained at Hunter Lawyers, gaining experience across a wide range of legal areas.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Nicholas worked in the aviation industry, where he contributed to the development of multi-billion pound aerospace machinery as part of several major European aircraft programmes. His prior industry experience gives him a commercially grounded approach which clients value.
